In some cases, the fish may arrive dead. In such cases, we will not charge for the handling cost of the unsuccessful shipment. We will charge only for the actual cost for the shipment and will send the same lines again (the shipping cost will be charged again).

平成22年4月よりゼブラフィッシュ提供に関わる実費徴収を開始することとなりました。
皆さまのご理解とご協力をお願い致します。
なお、実費徴収にあたっては、別表単価に基づいて算定された実費の請求額をお支払いの方法等の情報を含めて、
ユーザー各位に個別に請求させていただきます。

実費徴収に関するお願い
1.国立遺伝学研究所では支払い手続きをWebを利用して行います。
2.発送日、発送状況及び支払い料金の詳細につきましては、メールにてご案内させていただいております。
3.クレジットカードにて決済処理をしておりますので、書面での請求書、領収書等の発行はしておりません。
4.送付した魚が死んでいた場合は実費相当額の送料のみ請求します。再度、同系統の魚を送付します。
