濾紙からの抽出方法

50-100µlのTEが入ったエッペンドルフチューブを用意します。
70%エタノールではさみを拭いて、濾紙のマル○の部分をくりぬきます。
70%エタノールで拭いたピンセットで、くりぬいたマル○をチューブのTEに浸します。
そのTEを2-10µlほどDH5alpha cell（TOYOBO）に加えて形質転換します。

You cut the circle on the filter paper and put it into TE (say 100µl).
A couple of micro liter of that solution should be sufficient for transformation.
